The tests required in TE001, Para. 17 are done with Pulse Characteristics as described in Para. 17.1.4.

tests. For check-testing equipment before submission, companies may find the economics of purchasing

Two testers are needed to perform the tests required in TE001, Para. 17.1.4 in order to test to the requirements

of Para. 17. Output voltages are continuously variable so setting the output voltage to the highest voltage that does

not turn on the primary or secondary protection is straightforward. Optional BNC oscilloscope outputs to monitor

voltage and current are available. Also available is our TestMinder option, which allows automated pulse train testing.
